Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of pathroothealth.com (the "Site"), operated by Pathroot Health, Inc. ("Pathroot Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. Use of the Pathroot Health platform by treatment center customers and their authorized users is governed by separate written agreements, including a Master Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement where applicable.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for business audiences, including healthcare providers and other professionals interested in our products and services. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
Permitted Use
You may use the Site to learn about our products and services, request information, schedule demos, and engage with our content for lawful business purposes. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our servers, or related systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through denial-of-service attacks, scraping, or automated data collection without our written permission; introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; or use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms us, our users, or third parties.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, software, and the overall design and arrangement, is owned by Pathroot Health or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "Pathroot Health" name and logo, along with related marks and graphics, are trademarks of Pathroot Health. You may not use them without our prior written consent. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Submissions and Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, comments, or other feedback to us through the Site or other channels, you grant Pathroot Health a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback into our products and services without obligation to you. We are not required to keep feedback confidential or compensate you for it.

We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse the content or practices of any linked third party. Pathroot Health provides software and tools that help addiction treatment organizations engage families. Information on the Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. It is not medical, clinical, or professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathroot Health disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. You use the Site at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathroot Health, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
